• Specialises in construction law matters. Drafts, assesses and negotiates contracts in the field of construction and civil law

• Represents clients in litigation in the field of construction law, commercial law, civil law, including disputes related to non-performance or improper performance of contracts, claims related to defects of goods and services

TRAINEE ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

• Specialises in civil law and civil procedure, commercial law and labour law
• Conducts debt recovery processes for clients at the pre-litigation stage, in arbitration and in enforcement proceedings
• Deals with issues in the area of bankruptcy proceedings, in particular handling creditors, e.g. by preparing notifications of claims, petitions and pleadings in consumer bankruptcy proceedings
