Contract law

The Firm provides advice at every stage related to the negotiation, conclusion, performance and termination of contracts in all areas of civil and commercial law, including but not limited to:

• negotiations of contractual terms, particularly with regard to safeguarding clients‘ interests and avoiding risks as well as optimising clients’ contractual position;
• drafting and reviewing contracts, including regulations and general terms and conditions;
• providing advice during the performance of contracts, including assistance in interpreting contractual provisions and in properly understanding their legal consequences;
• assistance in the assertion of contractual claims and, if necessary, in the termination of contracts.
